    We believe a construction project succeeds when all stakeholders are collaborating together from start to finish. That means inviting everyone including our designers, project managers, construction managers, trusted partners, etc. to the table to foster involvement, creativity, effectiveness to meet or exceed our customer’s needs throughout the project.

    This type of project delivery allows us to work with our Clients from the beginning to listen and understand the intent of the project. Throughout the process, we have the ability to quickly and easily modify or adapt the project according to the Client’s needs, unlike with a traditional Design-Bid-Build delivery method.

    WHAT IS DESIGN&BUILD CONTRACTING?

    Design & Build is an innovative contractual formula in the construction process, where an integrated team manages both design and construction under a single contract. This collaborative approach, involving designers and builders from the outset, ensures time and cost savings compared to traditional methods, such as Design-Bid-Build. Design&Build contracts promote better communication and coordination, resulting in a more efficient and integrated construction process.

    IS DESIGN&BUILD LESS EXPENSIVE?
    With No 3rd parties and a smoother process, design-build can save time and money on large construction projects.

    ENHANCE COORDINATION
    With Design&Build contracting, the same company is responsible for both the design and construction of a project. This allows a better coordination than compared to a traditional Design-Bid-Build project delivery method.

    FASTER, MORE ACCURATE, DESIGN PROCESS
    With Design&Build  you have a pre-construction team that performs construction reviews much earlier in the process, creating a more efficient project.

    FASTER BUILD TIME
    Design&Build contractors can often complete projects faster than traditional project delivery methods which will save on all overhead expenses associated with the project.

    All our projects are made taking into account 5 quality guidance:

    ANALYSIS:
    We offer a comprehensive package of services, including Technical Due Diligence for detailed project verification and assessment. We collaborate with the client through business requirement briefings to discuss their needs. We provide control checklists and detailed reports throughout the project, drafting a Snag List to identify and correct defects before project completion. Finally, we offer testing to ensure compliance and quality.

    INTEGRATED DESIGN:

    Our team offers a wide range of professional skills for every phase of your project. From critical issue analysis to planning updates, we are here to ensure success. With expertise in architectural design, interior design, and systems engineering, we meticulously manage every detail. Trust us for an impeccable final delivery.

    TIMING and COST CONTROL:
    Our approach to project management is based on two fundamental pillars: Time Control and Cost Control. With TIMING CONTROL, we provide detailed planning updates at every stage of the project, along with an analysis of potential critical issues. Each step is carefully monitored to ensure that the project proceeds smoothly, meeting the established deadlines and overcoming challenges in a timely manner.

    Similarly, with COST CONTROL, we commit to keeping the project within the established financial limits. Starting with an initial budget and a carefully prepared Work Offer from our technical office, we apply the concept of Value Engineering to maximize cost efficiency. Throughout the construction process, we continuously monitor costs, identify potential savings, and take prompt action to mitigate any variations.

    With our integrated approach, we guarantee not only adherence to timelines and budgets but also the maximization of your project’s value.

    COMMUNICATIONS:
    To ensure the success of every single project, Communications Management is key. We always appoint one unique responsible as your dedicated point of contact throughout the project. Consistent monitoring of works progress with detailed photographic reports. Management of all the subjects (Landlords, Building Managers, Nominated Vendors, Suppliers) involved into the project.
