Set within a historic Milanese building, this project stands out for its blend of contemporary functionality and the client’s refined vintage taste. The layout revolves around a custom-designed “central equipped spine” running along the corridor—bespoke joinery crafted to meet the spatial and organizational needs with precision.

Tailor-made floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, open niches, and integrated technical compartments offer smart, seamless storage solutions that maximize every available inch.

A dedicated alcove has been transformed into a concealed home office, ideal for remote work while preserving the elegance of the domestic setting. Natural materials, matte finishes, and brass accents help create a warm, timeless atmosphere where the logic of space planning harmonizes with the emotional memory of the place.

We believe a construction project succeeds when all stakeholders are collaborating together from start to finish. That means inviting everyone including our designers, project managers, construction managers, trusted partners, etc. to the table to foster involvement, creativity, effectiveness to meet or exceed our customer’s needs throughout the project.

This type of project delivery allows us to work with our Clients from the beginning to listen and understand the intent of the project. Throughout the process, we have the ability to quickly and easily modify or adapt the project according to the Client’s needs, unlike with a traditional Design-Bid-Build delivery method.

WHAT IS DESIGN&BUILD CONTRACTING?

Design & Build is an innovative contractual formula in the construction process, where an integrated team manages both design and construction under a single contract. This collaborative approach, involving designers and builders from the outset, ensures time and cost savings compared to traditional methods, such as Design-Bid-Build. Design&Build contracts promote better communication and coordination, resulting in a more efficient and integrated construction process.
